I am a BSc (Hons) qualified Sports Therapist from the University of Gloucestershire and accredited member of the Society of Sports Therapists.  

I have been operating as a sports therapist since 2020, working with clients with a range of different injuries and conditions. Alongside this, I have been providing pitch side first aid, and pre/post game treatments for Newark Rugby club.  

I gained experience working with various rugby clubs such as Gloucester Warriors RLFC and Royal Wootton Bassett RFC, where I was able to develop my diagnostic and rehabilitation skills along with pitch side experience.

Having participated in taekwondo at a national level, and at a recreational/local level in football and snowboarding, I have had my fair share of injuries. This has given me a valuable insight into how important an effective treatment and rehabilitation programme can be.
